Amendment No. 2 to RFP SOL No 72052023R00002 is hereby issued to 1) revise the Solicitation in its entirety; 2) include Attachment No. 2 which contains the answers to the questions received in response to this Solicitation, 3) include Attachment 3 which contains the methodology that will be used during the evaluation of the two phases of the phased acquisition approach being used under this solicitation and 4) extend the completion date for the submission of the Concept Proposals to March 27, 2023. Therefore, this Solicitation is modified as follows: 1. Attachment No. 1 to this Amendment replaces in its entirety the complete Solicitation. 2. Attachment No. 2 to this Amendment contains the document with the answers to the questions received in response to this Solicitation. 3. Attachment No. 3 to this Amendment includes the methodology that will be used in conjunction with the evaluation criteria, as stated in Section Section L.5. of this Solicitation. 4. The Project aims to support women, children, adolescents and other vulnerable groups victims of gender-based violence and intrafamily violence in targeted communities with high rates of violence and out-migration to the United States.
