J&A based on AIDAR 706.302-70(b)(3)(i) to increase the total estimated cost to provide technical assistance to key civil society organizations and Government of Guatemala institutions, to address corruption as a root cause of migration. With additional funding, the Justice and Transparency Project will broaden the number of institutions and organizations it partners with to promote transparency and combat corruption, allowing for greater flexibility to implement the Root Causes Strategy. Efforts will also contribute to capacity building of key institutions, enabling them to fulfill their responsibilities and functions in combating corruption as determined under Guatemalan law.
