The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking offers from qualified persons to provide personal services under contract as described in this solicitation for a U.S. Personal Service Contractor Short-Term USPSC Regional Financial Management Advisor, in USAID/El Salvador. The closing date for receipt of offers for subject solicitation has been extended through June 5, 2023, at 5:00 pm (El Salvador/Local Time). The purpose of this amendment 0003 is to correct an involuntary error in the Education Rating Factor points from 10 points to (Pass/Fail). Therefore, the correct Rating Factors are as follows: Education: (Pass/Fail) Language Proficiency: (Pass/Fail) Technical and Professional Experience: (75 Points) Skills and Abilities: (25 Points) Offers submitted in response to the previous advertisement under the same above referenced solicitation number do not need to re-submit; those offers will be considered. Due to changes in Mission needs, the Contracting Officer has determined there is no need to proceed with the recruitment process for the subject position and cancels the solicitation.
