[END OF AMENDMENT 01] ================================================================================================== Solicitation issue date: February 14, 2020 Questions due date: February 26, 2020 Response to questions planned: March 6, 2020 Closing date and time for receipt of proposals: APRIL 28, 2020, 2:00 pm Bogotá time The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Colombia is seeking proposals to provide Consultant, Advisory, and Logistics Services, as described in Section C of this Request for Proposals (RFP). USAID anticipates the award of one Single-Award 5-year ordering period Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Pursuant to FAR 6.204, this requirement is “set aside” for 8(a) small business concerns. (SBA Acceptance Info: 1) WMADO 8(a) Competitive Requirement Number: 0353/20/0011; 2) Primary NAICS Code: 541690). Approximately 60% of the estimated work of this requirement is a follow- on to IDIQ contract number AID-514-I-14-00001 with Olgoonik Technical Services, LLC which is scheduled to end in February of 2020. USAID anticipates that the maximum aggregate ordering limitation for the contract resulting from this RFP will be $19,000,000 over the 5-year ordering period. The maximum aggregate dollar value of task orders awarded cannot exceed this contract ceiling. There is no guarantee on the number of task orders that the successful offeror will receive or the amount of money beyond the minimum order guarantee set forth in the RFP. Task orders will be placed in accordance with Section F. Ordering Procedures.
