The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Indonesia is seeking proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing the services described in Section C of this solicitation. USAID anticipates awarding a cost-plus fixed fee (CPFF) completion type contract for a total estimated cost of $4-5 million, covering a period of performance of (5) five years. Proposals with a total estimated cost above $5million will not be reviewed or considered because this procurement will be conducted through the Local Competition Authority under ADS 302.3.4.5(f)(1). Amendment No.1 provides revision on specific section of the RFP; and responds to questions and requests for clarification that were received by April 22, 2021 respectively.
