USAID/Indonesia is contemplating the award of one Cost Plus Award Fee contract valued at approximately $30 - $39 million, to perform the work described in Attachment No. 1. This is the second RFI issued for this anticipated activity, which had a preliminary title of “Improving Local Governance and Service Delivery.” The goal of the Local Governance Enabling Environment activity (L-GEE) is for the citizens of Indonesia to benefit from effective local government by increasing the quality of policy implementation and service delivery at the subnational level.
