The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Manila, Philippines is posting this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) to identify potential Philippine organizations for future health development assistance in the Philippines. The primary purpose of this SSN is market research to better understand Philippine organizations’ capabilities, interests, geographic scope, and past performance with USAID and other donors with respect to the following five Key Health Elements (KHE): Health Systems Strengthening Family Planning and Adolescent Reproductive Health Tuberculosis HIV/AIDS Global Health Security USAID/Philippines is especially interested to hear from local entities as defined in USAID’s ADS 303.6, Definitions, Organizations that are majority owned by Philippine citizens or lawful permanent residents and managed by a governing body the majority of who are Philippine citizens or lawful permanent residents are strongly encouraged to respond to this SSN. Respondents from all sectors including non-government, non-profit, for profit, academic and research institutions, and civil society are encouraged to respond to this SSN.
