Amendment 1 of this solicitation is issued to answer questions and provide updates to the RFP. ========================================================================================== The United States Government, represented by the United States Agency for International Development Mission to the Philippines, Pacific Islands and Mongolia (USAID/Philippines), is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing the services described in the attached solicitation. The Digital Connectivity and Cybersecurity Partnership (DCCP) Pacific activity seeks to advance an open, interoperable, reliable, and secure connectivity in the Pacific Island countries (PICs) by (1) improving broadband access; (2) strengthening digital policy and regulations; (3) advancing digital platforms and solutions for the delivery of public services; and (4) upgrading of digital skills and literacy.
