The United States Agency for International Development intends to release a solicitation to provide services on collaborating, learning and adapting (CLA) to assist the USAID/Philippines mission deliver better development results as part of the mission's new 2019-2024 Country Development Cooperation Strategy, support the Philippines on their pathway to self-reliance, and position the mission for the next phase of the U.S.-Philippines' partnership as development partners after 2024. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be released in the next 2 weeks. This procurement is classified as Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19 and FAR Part 15.
