In particular, this Request for Information (RFI) intends to: Offer the opportunity for interested individuals and organizations to provide feedback on the Attachment A: Statement of Objectives (SOO), and the Attachment B: Draft Source Selection Criteria and Proposal Instructions, and, After review of the documents referenced in no. 1, USAID is interested to know whether your organization intends to submit the proposal as a prime offeror in response to the future Enhance solicitation to be issued at a later date.
