The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications (AID 302-3) from qualified U.S. citizens, U.S. Resident Alien or Third Country National to provide services as Senior Acquisition and Assistance Specialist under a Personal Services Contract, as described in the attached solicitation. The place of performance for this position will be in Rangoon, Burma. The Senior Acquisition & Assistance Specialist will provide technical assistance to USAID/Burma in the execution of program/project-funded contracts, cooperative agreements, grants, and inter-agency agreements, including providing staff support on all aspects of procurement and contract management relating to and affecting USAID assistance programs, policy and project planning, design, implementation and evaluation.
