Share presentation slides during the pre-proposal conference in Dili, Timor-Leste on November 6, 2019 (Attachment 1 to this amendment), and; 3. Amend the RFP with clean version (Attachment 2 to this amendment) and track changes version (Attachment 3 to this amendment). All other terms and conditions in the original RFP remain the same.
