Subject: Request for Quotes (RFQ) No. 72044019Q00003, Local Coordinator for Joint Government of Vietnam (GVN) - USAID Disability Project Development. The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking quotation for the services required in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). These services will provide support to coordinate the development of a joint GVN-USAID project. This potential Purchase Order (PO) will be for a firm fixed price contract starting o/a October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition procedures, pursuant to Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Please refer to Sections 14 and 15 for information regarding quotation submissions. Quotation package must be received by the closing date and time and submitted to the Point of Contact specified in the RFQ, incomplete or unsigned quotations will NOT be considered. Please note that an individual or organization submitting a quote in response to this solicitation must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) in order to conduct business with the U.S. Government. A successful registration in SAM means that the individual/organization has obtained a DUNS number and has secured an NCAGE. The NAICS code for this contract is 541990. If you are interested in these services, please submit your proposal via email to Huyen Dang at hdang@usaid.gov and myself at sjohnson@usaid.gov no later than the close of business (4:00 p.m., local Hanoi time) on August 02, 2019. This RFQ in no way obligates USAID to award a Contract nor does it commit USAID to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal. Award of a purchase order under this RFQ is subject to availability of funds and other internal USAID approvals. This RFQ can be viewed and downloaded from www.fbo.gov. USAID bears no responsibility for data errors resulting from transmission or conversion processes. Further, be aware that amendments to solicitations are occasionally issued and will be posted on the same website from which you downloaded the solicitation.
