The United States Agency for International Development’s Mission to Vietnam (USAID/Vietnam) is gathering information to design the anticipated Higher Education Policy Support (HEPS) Activity. This potential five-year award, with a potential funding of up to $15 million, aims to support Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) goals to modernize the Higher Education sector. The purpose of this RFI is to seek expressions of interest from prospective offerors. USAID also welcomes any relevant feedback and comments that offerors may wish to share.
