The United States Agency for International Development’s Mission to Vietnam (USAID/Vietnam) is gathering information to design the anticipated Higher Education Policy Support (HEPS) Activity. This potential five-year award, with a potential funding of up to $15 million, aims to support Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) goals to modernize the Higher Education sector. The purpose of this RFI is to solicit any feedback on the draft Statement of Objectives (SOO). USAID welcomes any relevant feedback and comments that offerors may wish to share.
