The U.S. Agency for International Development in Pakistan (USAID/Pakistan) intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) in order to facilitate the procurement for recurring Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) services that will help ensure sufficient oversight of USAID/Pakistan activities. USAID/Pakistan anticipates this solicitation will result in multiple BPA awards. The Offerors shall furnish all services as defined in the Section C of this solicitation.
