This RFTOP is intended for the existing Pakistan Capacity Development Services (PCDS) IDIQ holders (i) The Kaizen Company and (ii) Chemonics International, Inc. This RFTOP is less than $10,000,000. The purpose of posting this RFTOP is to encourage potential organizations who have the capacity and are willing to work with the prime IDIQ holders.
