Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity for cost increment to Task Order No. 72036722N00001 (IDIQ GS00Q14OADU113), USAID Public Financial Management The purpose of USAID PFM is to provide technical assistance and strengthen PFM functions, performance, and accountability of targeted agencies at the federal, provincial, and local levels of government, and to provide targeted assistance to the Government of Nepal (GoN) aimed at strengthening national PFM institutions and systems to sustainably advance PFM. Under the proposed action, USAID PFM will intensify its effort on the two objectives of the Activity, producing new results as well as increasing the targets to some already existing results.
