USAID is publishing this Request for Information (RFI) pursuant to FAR 52.215-3 to conduct market research, gauge interest from qualified organizations, and seek public comments, clarifications, and suggestions on the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). This announcement is an RFI issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP). Responses to this RFI are not binding on the U.S. Government and do not obligate USAID to issue a solicitation, nor do they commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of comments and responses.
