USAID/Nepal is seeking Quotation from any firms/organizations interested in providing the services to support USAID/Nepal Local Works to conduct listening in 10 Municipalities in Nepal including local meetings and logistics coordination; translation; qualitative data analysis, and the production of learning products. The detail description of work is provided under “Scope of Work” of this solicitation. The interested firm/organization may be a national or local level firms/organization which has not received more than $5 million from USAID in the past five years as a prime awardee in order to be an eligible service provider. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror’s proposal should contain the best terms from a cost or price and technical standpoint. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary. Only the successful offeror will be notified to assign under a Purchase Order (PO) for the deliverables as described in the Statement of Work. If awarded, the firm/organization will be required to complete and deliver the specified tasks and/or products(s) within the final negotiated cost and dates. The total estimated price of this program is not exceeding $ 92,000.00. If you are interested, please provide the USAID/Nepal Executive Office with your technical and cost proposal at your earliest opportunity, but no later than July 05, 2021 via below email address. This solicitation in no way obligates USAID/Nepal to award you a PO/Contract nor does it commit USAID/Nepal to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposal. Do not incur any expense or begin work until notified that a contract has been awarded to you, in writing, by the Contracting Officer.
