The purpose of this Order is to acquire audit and financial services for the USAID/Afghanistan Office of Financial Management (OFM). Responses will only be considered from Offerors who hold a current Professional Services Schedule (PSS) GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract, under the Financial and Business Solutions (FABS), Special Item Number (SIN) 520-7 entitled Financial & Performance Audits.
