The purpose of RFP Amendment No. 04 is to incorporate the provision entitled "Waivers under FAR Part 4.2101 Prohibition On Covered Telecommunications And Video Surveillance Services and Equipment (AUGUST 13, 2020)". The purpose of RFP Amendment No. 03 is to correct the RFP and the Q&A, and provide a corrected version of the RFP. The RFP is amended to 1) extend the due date for proposals to August 31, 2020, at 16:30 PM Jordan time; 2) answer questions on the RFP; 3) release a revised RFP with revised Attachments J-1 SOO and J-7 Budget Template; 4) add the DRAFT - USAID/Jordan Results Framework Summary Diagram 2020-2025 as Attachment J-9. to the RFP. The USAID Business Growth Activity (BGA) aims to spur the growth of Jordanian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs’) resulting in increasing productivity, competitiveness and employment for Jordanians including youth, women and people with disabilities. The activity will support creating a business environment more conducive to creation and development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs’). The offeror will provide technical assistance and problem-solving services to Jordanian SMEs to enable them to expand their sales and exports, generate increased investment and increase job opportunities for women, men and youth. Furthermore, the offeror will also propose techniques that will increase access to finance for SMEs, particularly for start-up businesses and those owned by women, and how they will increase SMEs capacity to effectively manage these resources.
