This is a Justification and Approval to limit competition to local firms (other than full and open competition) for the USAID/Jordan Vertical Structures Architect and Engineering (A&E) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Activity. Pursuant to AIDAR Section 706.302-70(a)(2), "full and open competition need not be obtained when it would impair or otherwise have an adverse effect on programs conducted for the purpose of foreign aid." This multi holder IDIQ is awarded to local A&E firms to provide vertical infrastructure design and related support services throughout Jordan. For details, please see the attached J&A.
