Please see the attached conformed version of the RFP for details The objective is to obtain services for the U.S. Agency for International Development Mission in Egypt as follows: Operational and maintenance services to USAID/Egypt’s office building which include: maintaining and servicing building operation systems including equipment and security caravans within the drop bar area, procurement of maintenance related supplies and on a limited basis, similar maintenance on Mission Director’s Villa in Maadi. Oversight of utilities payment for the office building and residences, submitting all required requests/complains to the GOE including but not limited to utilities and other requests like trees cutting, removing the trees branches and following up on the requests, maintenance of facility equipment, furniture repositioning, and other related tasks as further defined in the performance work statement.
