USAID/Egypt intends to modify the existing Facility Operations Custodial and Supply Manangement Services (FOCS) contract number 72026321C00004 to expand the scope and provide additional services at the Mission Director's residence (MDR) during the current contract year and the remaining option period (Option year 4) if and when exercised. The total estimated cost of the contract including all options is $3,362,967.64. The anticipated cost of the modification is $205,000 and the contractor is expected to provide all personnel and logistics support to perform the following tasks at the MDR: Routine maintenance and repair of the buildings, grounds, walls on the compound; Repair and replacement of AC units and water heaters; Repair or replacement of windows; Maintenance and repair of the roof; Interior renovations and modernizations such as bathroom and kitchen updates; Make ready between occupants; Landscaping including maintenance and trimming of large trees; Maintenance, repair, replacement of the sprinkler system; and Emergency repair calls for AC or plumbing including after hour
