The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. provide answers to the questions submitted by interested offerors The RFP as amended is the legally binding and controlling document for this procurement. __________________________________________________________ The United States Agency for International Development in Albania (USAID/Albania) seeks proposals from qualified offerors to provide services for a five-year contract entitled “Accelerating Albania's European Union (EU) Accession through Improved Competitiveness” as described further in this solicitation. As referenced in Section L, below are key items from the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Offerors’ consideration: Offerors must detail their proposed activities with greater specificity. Research and analysis during this activity’s period of performance to inform the implementation should be time limited. Offerors are expected to have substantial background, context, and research prior to the start of the period of performance. Strategic communications giving visibility to USAID’s commitment to the people of Albania is critical under this planned Activity. Offerors are expected to incorporate strategic communication highlighting USAID’s impact via elevating USAID’s brand in the proposed approach. Please note that this RFP, and any potential amendments to the RFP, are controlling. Any social media posts and other outreach efforts are not intended to alter the substance of this formal RFP and amendments to the RFP. USAID appreciates the time and effort put into preparing proposals in response to this solicitation.
