The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to conduct market research and collect written information about the capabilities of qualified U.S. Small Businesses that have experience in electoral processes. The overall purpose of the Support to Electoral Integrity in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) activity is to improve the integrity of elections in BiH. The activity is built around two key objectives: - Improved electoral administration - Strengthened civil oversight of elections Additional information on this activity can be found in USAID’s Mission Business Forecast. Qualified small businesses are encouraged to respond to this Sources Sought notice.The collected information will be used to help make planning decisions and will not be released publicly. Firms interested in being considered should submit information supporting their experience, expertise, and capabilities in undertaking similar work. The following information on adequacy and capability should be provided: 1. Name, email address, and address of organization; 2. General organization information; 3. Statement of capabilities (three pages maximum) describing the firm’s capability and experience to execute the services described in this notice; 4. One-page with a list of past or current activities demonstrating relevant work experience (title, $ value, country, period of performance, prime or subcontractor, overview and point of contact); and 5. A statement identifying the applicable small business and socioeconomic designation in accordance with FAR 19.3.3. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this Sources Sought notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract, nor does it intend to pay for any costs incurred in response to this Notice. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. No questions will be accepted at this time concerning this notice. Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to implement the above-listed activity are invited to submit a response. Capability Statements must be received no later than 5:00 pm Sarajevo Time on February 13, 2023. The responses must be submitted electronically to Sanela Pasanovic, Acquisition and Assistance Specialist, via email at ssalkic@usaid.gov.
