This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the U.S. Agency for International Development Kosovo Mission (USAID/Kosovo). The purpose of this notice is a market research effort to determine the capability, interest, and availability of women-owned small businesses, pursuant to FAR 19.2, that can provide a full range of remote and onsite Acquisition and Assistance support services. Services include all pre-award, award, and post-award duties including, but not limited to, cost analysis evaluations, technical evaluation memoranda review and preparation, source selection document generation and review, solicitation, and award preparation, and other subjects as noted below. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not an invitation for bid, request for proposal or other solicitation; and in no way obligates the US Agency for International Development (USAID) to award a contract. The sole intent is to conduct market research to determine the agency’s acquisition strategy and to determine the capability of women-owned small businesses to a full range of remote and onsite A&A support services for the Regional Office of Acquisition and Assistance, based in USAID/Kosovo. Issuance of this Sources Sought Notice neither obligates the US Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract nor commits the US Government to pay for any costs incurred or information resulting from this request. Respondents remain solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Request for Sources Sought. Do not submit pricing information in response to this Request for Sources Sought.
