Dear prospective Offerors: The United States Government, represented by the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID), intends to release a solicitation for the USAID Financial Sector Reform Activity contract, as further detailed below. The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to provide information regarding the anticipated Financial Sector Reform Activity through a synopsis per FAR 5.2. The purpose of the Financial Sector Reform Activity is to support systemic changes in Ukraine’s economy. FSR aims to transform the country’s financial sector into a sophisticated, well-functioning, competitive market that is aligned with European Union (EU) standards and integrated into international financial systems. This transformation will mobilize private finance for sustained economic growth in Ukraine. The applicable NAICS Code is: 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services. The solicitation is anticipated to be released on/about June 10, 2021 and will be made available electronically on www.beta.sam.gov. All responsible offerors will be invited to submit a proposal. Offerors are encouraged to check https://www.beta.sam.gov regularly to obtain additional information on this requirement. Except for the information provided herein, no additional information regarding this planned RFP is available at this time.
