You are invited to submit a quote in accordance with the requirements of the attached Statement of Work. This procurement shall be conducted using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. USAID anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Oral instructions, answers or guidance from any USAID source prior to the award shall not be binding.
