If a NOFO is issued, all necessary information will be supplied in that document. Interested parties are advised to periodically monitor the www.grants.gov website for updates concerning a potential procurement. USAID has been working to facilitate the country’s democratization process since Kazakhstan’s independence in 1991 through sustained support to civil society, as well as consistent cooperation with the GOK. This support has focused on several aspects of civil society strengthening, including: organizational capacity building; support for policy advocacy efforts; improving the enabling operating environment for CSOs; facilitating collaboration between civil society and government actors; and expanding opportunities for citizens’ civic participation. USAID/CA asks that interested respondents submit short written responses to the questions outlined in the survey via Google Form.
