Notice of Intent - Cost Extension for the USAID Enterprise Competitiveness Project (ECP) in the Kyrgyz Republic. USAID/Kyrgyz Republic hereby provides notice of its intention to modify the Contract 72011518D00002 with ACDI/VOCA in order to increase the total estimated cost (TEC) by approximately $240,000. Under this proposed ceiling increase, the Contractor will provide professional and technical services related to small and medium enterprises competitiveness in the Kyrgyz Republic. With the proposed ceiling increase, seven new grantees will be financed, and it is expected that 515 new jobs will be created for women labor migrants returning from Russia as well as sales increase by 20% targeting non-malign markets such as the EU and the United States.
