USAID/Georgia is planning to organize a presolicitation conference in late September 2023 for the above-reference USAID Human Rights for Vulnerable Groups Program (the “Program”). The objective of the presolicitation conference, among other things, is to provide a forum for potential collaboration and formation of consortia amongst potential offerors, subcontractors and grantees and to gauge and promote interest of local organizations to participate as the prime contractor. USAID/Georgia will issue a further notification of the additional details of the event at the beginning of September 2023. USAID currently expects to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) in mid-to-late October 2023. The goal of the Program is to address human rights needs of the vulnerable groups (including but not limited to, persons with disabilities, victims of gender based violence, vulnerable children, and the LGBTQI+ community) by supporting responsive government policies and services, raising public awareness, and strengthening civil society organizations for effective advocacy and monitoring.
