The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Armenia is designing an activity with the preliminary title of USAID Disaster Resilience Activity that aims to improve Armenia’s ability to manage the shock of disasters as further described in the Attachment. The Mission seeks market information as well as comments/recommendations on the draft concept attached. This is an RFI, not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Do not submit proposals at this time; only the information that is requested in the RFI will be reviewed. This RFI is open for comments from any U.S. or non-U.S. organization. The instrument type will be acquisition. No final decision regarding limiting eligibility/competition has been made. Responses will be treated as confidential. USAID may revise the structure and concept of the activity based on comments received but is not obligated to do so. A solicitation is expected to be released in the first quarter of FY 2024. Issuance of this RFI will not restrict the U.S. Government’s ultimate approach. USAID is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of this information, answer questions, or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information provided. Any information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation.
