The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission to Armenia is developing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) services. The Mission seeks market information as well as responses to the questions enclosed to inform the design of the BPA. This RFI is open for comments from any U.S. or non-U.S. organization. This is an RFI, not a solicitation. Do not submit a proposal at this time; only the information that is requested in Attachment 2 to the RFI will be reviewed. Responses will be treated as confidential. A solicitation is expected to be released in November 2022.
