Pursuant to FAR Part 10, FAR 15.201(e) the United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is conducting analysis to identify eligible Alaska Native Corporation 8(a) Participants to implement the Global Health SURGE (GH SURGE) Activity. GH SURGE provides the Bureau for Global Health (GH), and Missions with readily accessible high quality, external technical expertise to design and support the achievement of U.S. Government (USG) health objectives. This activity spans all Foreign Assistance Health Areas as well as cross-cutting health issues such as gender, health systems strengthening, environment, science, and technology.
