The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Resilience, Environment, and Food Security (REFS) is seeking to identify (8)a small businesses interested and capable of performing the services under REFS Learning, Evidence, Analysis and Data (R-LEAD) activity. The draft Statement of Work (SOW) is contained in Attachment 1. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to: Identify capable (8)a small business concerns interested in performing R-LEAD (See Attachment 1 – Draft SOW) and Determine the most appropriate vehicle (OASIS 8(a), GSA MAS, 8(a) STARS III, etc.) to procure the required services that allows for maximum competition practicable amongst qualified 8(a) small businesses.
