USAID requests that any interested organization review the tasks and objectives in the RFI and provide responses to the questions contained herein. USAID is particularly interested in providing full time program cycle support staff to the USAID Bureau for Planning, Learning and Resource Management (PLR). This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal. This notice is for market information and capabilities for planning purposes only and does NOT constitute any commitment from. Please do not submit a full proposal, resumes, promotional materials, and/or statements of qualifications as these will not be reviewed and will be discarded. USAID will not reimburse for any cost associated with responding to this request. Responses must be in English, no more than five (5) pages in length (not including cover page, references, and tables/charts) total typed, 11-point Times New Roman font, single-spaced with one-inch margins on the electronic equivalent of 8.5 x 11-inch paper Interested parties are invited to submit an electronic copy of your response in Microsoft Word as a single email attachment to: dewalker@usaid.gov with copies to tsavage@usaid.gov and hrisley@ usaid.gov.
