USAID intends to negotiate a sole-source contract for FOIAXpress license and technical support services as a logical follow-on to an existing agreement. The services are proprietary and can only be provided by the current vendor, Opexus dba Casepoint. The performance period will be extended by six months beyond the current expiration date of March 29, 2026. The total estimated cost of the task order will be increased. No competitive solicitation will be issued.
