The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) from qualified and responsible contractors for the purpose of establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide standardized World Health Organization International Emergency Health Kits (IEHKs) and supporting materials. This BPA is issued to establish arrangements for ordering and assembly, storage, delivery, and replenishment of up to 10 IEHKs during the agreement period of performance. The IEHKs delivered under this BPA shall contain the latest WHO-mandated components and materials. The IEHKs shall be stored at the Contractor’s facility until USAID issues a Call Order for the delivery of kits for immediate dispatch. USAID anticipates the award of one or more BPAs using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under full and open competition for a performance period of five years. USAID is not obligated to purchase any definite amount under this BPA.
