This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Democracy, Development, and Innovation (DDI), Center for Economics and Market Development (EMD). The purpose of this Notice is to conduct market research among the small businesses to determine potential organizational capability. USAID is planning to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) entitled “Technical Assistance Project for Economic Growth (TAP EG)”. The purpose of TAP EG requirement is to provide a mechanism through which DDI/EMD and other USAID operating units can access rigorous and independent technical analysis, design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, knowledge management, and capacity development support across USAID sectors and geographies. USAID seeks to identify capable small businesses that can manage institutional support contracts with a focus on the recruitment, retention, and management of administrative staff with expertise in administrative support, program office support, innovative program design, procurement (Acquisition and Assistance - A&A) support, training and development support, and general development knowledge and technical skills.
