The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking innovative proposals to provide services in support of the Green Recovery Investment Platform (GRIP) for USAID's Bureau for Resilience and Food Security (USAID/RFS), as described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). This procurement is being conducted through full and open competition for which the procedures in FAR Part 15 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), will apply. Subject to the availability of funds, USAID anticipates the award of a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Completion-Type Contract with a five-year base period and one three-year option period of performance. GRIP is intended to mobilize private finance and private sector actions that support the transition to an equitable and resilient net-zero economy while stimulating recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
