SOLICITATION NUMBER: 7200AA22R00030 AMENDMENT # 01 -- DEADLINE EXTENSION ISSUANCE DATE: April 8, 2022 CLOSING DATE AND TIME: June 6, 2022, 4:00PM (EST) SUBJECT: Solicitation for U.S. Personal Services Contractor (USPSC) - Attorney Advisor, GS-14 Dear Prospective Offerors, The United States Government (USG), represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) the Office of the General Counsel (GC), is seeking offers from qualified U.S. citizens to provide personal service as an Attorney Advisor under a United States Personal Services Contract (USPSC), as described in the solicitation. The Government contemplates awarding one (1) contract with (1) one base period and (4) option periods, subject to funds availability. Offers must be in accordance with Attachment 1, Section 1 through V of this solicitation. Incomplete or unsigned offers will not be considered. Offerors should retain copies of all offer materials for their records. This solicitation in no way obligates USAID to award a PSC contract, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of the offer.
