Dear Prospective Offerors: The United States Government (USG), represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) the Bureau of Europe and Eurasia (E&E), Technical Support Office (TSO) is seeking offers from qualified U.S. citizens to provide personal service as a Program Specialist under a United States Personal Services Contract (USPSC), as described in the solicitation. The Government contemplates awarding one (1) contract with a (1) one base year and (4) four option years. Offers must be in accordance with Attachment 1 of this solicitation. Incomplete or unsigned offers will not be considered. Offerors should retain copies of all offer materials for their records. This solicitation in no way obligates USAID to award a PSC contract, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of the offer. Any questions must be directed in writing to the Point of Contact specified in Attachment 1 no later than December 31, 2021 4:00 pm (EST).
