The United States Government represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals to deliver the services outlined in the Acceleration and Competitions Execution Support (ACES) contract, as described in this solicitation. The solicitation is designed to help USAID Missions, Bureaus and Operating Units (OUs) use open innovative program designs and competitions; support the scaling of proven innovative solutions; crowd in private capital to support local innovation growth; and promote the deployment and uptake of proven innovative solutions that address development and humanitarian challenges through the delivery of customized technical assistance, advisory support, investment facilitation, delivery of grants under contract, partnership and investor networking support, monitoring and evaluation, and communications. USAID anticipates the award of one or more, five (5) year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQs). USAID will only accept revisions from those offerors that originally submitted proposals under RFP #7200AA22R00009 and protestor from GAO Case No. B-420574.1 in response to RFP #7200AA22R00009
