The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) invites you to a Request for Proposal (RFP)for the NextGen Procurement Service Agent HIV/AIDS (PSA HIV)requirement to support USAID's Office of Global Health as described in the attached RFP. USAID anticipates the award of a 10-year standalone consisting of a five (5) year base period, one three(3)year option period and one two(2)year option period. Offerors are requested to submit their proposals with the enclosed attachments and in accordance with the instructions detailed in this RFP.
