The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking innovative proposals to provide services in support of the Water and Development (WADI) II for USAID’s Center for Water Security, Sanitation and Hygiene in the Bureau for Resilience and Food Security (USAID/RFS/CW), as described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). USAID anticipates awarding Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (“IDIQ”) Contracts (approximately eight (8) IDIQ contracts, of which up to three (3) may be reserved for small business concerns). USAID reserves the right to award more or less awards than this anticipated number or to make no award. Further information is included in the attached RFP.
