USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Services (BHA) is seeking a contractor to perform global inspection services of warehousing, agricultural humanitarian food aid, non-food commodities and testing, with performance across the globe and, in many cases, difficult to reach areas. Contractors shall provide inspection, reporting, tallying, and/or laboratory sampling and analysis as required by the Program and as set forth in the Statement of Work. Ad hoc inspections may also be required anywhere across the world. Therefore, USAID prefers a contractor(s) with global reach and capabilities. Amendment 1 extends the deadline for offers due and provides a Q&A. Amendment 2 clarifies pricing instructions for lab analysis cross-border courier fees. Amendment 3 adds a statement to Section L, Instructions.
