The Senior Metrics Advisor will leverage his/her considerable monitoring, evaluation, measurement and research expertise to liaise with leading organizations that measure concepts of democracy; identify and promote the utilization of measures that guide DRG strategy and programming for the agency (e.g., the Journey to Self-Reliance metrics); guide the measurement of theories of change for DRG programming; and provide support to USAID Missions/Bureaus seeking to measure country contexts and conduct monitoring for learning. S/he will lead, advise and support the development of appropriate and practical approaches to DRG measurement and learning.
