This position is in the Global and Regional Policy (GRP) Division which leads efforts on country-specific DRG assessments and strategies; conducts analysis and advocacy linking DRG funding with needs, opportunities and relevant policies and strategies; is the Center's link with regional bureaus and field missions through regular communications, field support TDYs, and training, and engages within USAID and the interagency on policies and programs related to the promotion of DRG. This USPSC will also be available to deploy and provide fast, flexible assistance to USAID Missions overseas. The DRG Center requires the work of this U.S. Personal Services Contractor (USPSC) in order to bolster its ability to respond to the needs of USAID missions for short- to long-term DRG expertise and assistance, including training, knowledge management and learning support.
